The main task in this project was to launch advertising for a yoga studio within a very small radius—just 1 km in the Dubai Marina area. On the one hand, this is an area with a large number of residents and tourists, but for Google, such a radius is considered too narrow, and the main difficulty was to get local traffic.
First, we compiled a list of yoga styles. There were more than 10 of them, and they were all very different from each other. However, the client only offered classes in some of these styles, so we left the general query “yoga” and added relevant narrow queries, excluding unnecessary ones.

We carried out several account restructurings to improve efficiency.
We launched interest-based banner campaigns and remarketing.
We worked with exact and broad match queries in search, added words in Russian and English (there is almost no traffic in Russian).
We focused primarily on queries mentioning Dubai Marina.
We found eight active studios among our competitors in search, with the strongest overlaps being with karmayogadubai.com and yogahouse.ae.
With a small budget, we managed to get local traffic and the first applications, despite high competition and a narrow targeting radius.
