The client did not have analytics, so we:
- configured events on the website,
- connected analytics,
- implemented Microsoft Clarity to view user actions,
- created an advertising account and received a bonus for a new client.

Ad campaigns structure

We launched several types of campaigns:
- By city — Kyiv and Dnipro, with targeting and keywords related to soundproofing.
- Throughout Ukraine — with an emphasis on search queries that mention specific cities (for example, “soundproofing Kyiv,” “soundproofing Dnipro”).
Nuance: in Ukraine, it often happens that when using mobile internet, users are identified as “Kyiv” even if they are in another city. To avoid distortions, we tested different types of campaigns.

It turned out that a campaign targeting all of Ukraine, but with the words “Kyiv” or “Dnipro” in search queries, worked better.

During the first month, we received 10 inquiries at an average price of €5 per lead.

The client now has advertising campaigns that have been cleaned up to remove irrelevant queries. For now, they have been put on hold, as social media is generating enough orders, but if necessary, the account can be topped up and campaigns can be launched with a single click.

We immediately provided the client with full access to analytics, the advertising account, and Microsoft Clarity. At any time, they can:
- view website analytics,
- activate previously running campaigns,
- analyze user behavior on the website and make changes.

Thus, the client paid for the advertising setup service and received a fully functional tool: a website with analytics and an advertising account ready to launch.

Unfortunately, it is often the case in the market that agencies do not provide access and do everything they can to ensure that the client cannot work without them. We adhere to fair rules: once the service is paid for, the client has full access and the opportunity to use the result both independently and with our help.
