What did we talk about?
In the interview, Angelica talked about her journey: from 10 years in the beauty industry and managing a team of 60 people to founding the marketing agency WAMP, which has been in business for 9 years. During this time, the team has worked with dozens of niche markets: restaurants, auto repair shops, beauty salons, car dealerships, e-commerce, real estate, local businesses in Tenerife, and international projects.
Universal approach
We also discussed why WAMP doesn’t limit itself to a single niche. According to Angelica, a strong marketer must be able to step into a business at any stage, identify weaknesses, analyze the website, advertising, sales department, analytics, and LTV, and determine whether the problem truly lies with marketing—or whether the product itself needs to be refined first.
Life on a paradise island
Angelica also shared her experiences of living in Tenerife. She explained how, after living in Valencia and Warsaw, her family came to the island “for a month” but ended up staying. In Tenerife, WAMP helps Ukrainian entrepreneurs develop local projects, including restaurants, auto repair shops, beauty salons, service businesses, and other ventures.

The conversation also touched on the topic of community. There are many Ukrainians and entrepreneurs on the island, but there is a lack of regular business meetings, clubs, and spaces where people can discuss not only everyday life but also development, partnerships, and new ideas.
