Started with analysis of the residential complex neighbourhood, district, metro stations. Сollected both direct competitors nearby, and indirect ones similar in type to the residential complex and a green area nearby, but in other places in Kyiv. Сreated search campaigns: KBD, Syretsky Park, Competitors, Metro Stations, Metro Line, Streets of Competitors, Streets Nearby. In total, 2395 keywords have been collected so far in RU UA languages. Task

Get as many orders as possible from the budget

Solution

Since the client had Google / Yandex ad accounts we analyzed search queries for the entire period of their work. The list of keywords was divided into groups: pizza, sushi, sets, wok, general, competitors. Added negative keywords. Brand queries were divided into main and brand + categories in order to track which of the competitors is advertising on our main brand queries. We set up all the conversions on the site: clicks on messenger, clicks on cellphone number, call me back, shopping cart, checkout, order, registration, login. Calculated the value of each conversion. The keyword search campaign and the dynamic search campaign were combined into one campaign to get more conversions at the campaign level for smart bidding optimization. Also launched a smart banner campaign. Got enough conversions data and successfully switched to automated bidding strategies.

Develop a website for the entire model range of the car dealership. Assign a unique URL of models pages for SEO indexing and subsequent promotion.

Solution

Task

Develop a high conversion rate website with 5000 items. Form price lists by brands, create an easy to use and understand website with mobile-first layout.

Solution

The structure of the site was changed 5 times while wireframing. We analyzed the demand in Google and saw that there are very few brand queries, thus first of all we made a genric equipment content section with for which we can pick up spare parts. After that divided items by brands and spare parts.

We have created a USP with defect detection offer (manager goes to clients after request form submit, carries out maintenance and identifies a breakdown issue). Formed catalogs by brands, prices by categories, connected messengers for the convenience of communication. We added photos and videos of employees to increase the company trust. Added real reviews. Made an admin panel for editing products, installed 2 languages.

Task

Create a high conversion rate landing page with a choice of clothing for dance teams. The site should have a convenient option for selecting and calculating the cost of services and describing what exactly we offer and for whom. Indicate on the website that tailoring with us will be cheaper and better in terms of quality than ordering from China.

Solution

An important point was to get the maximum amount of photos and videos of final clothes, how dance teams perform in them, how bright and noticeable they will look in them at performances. Highlighted the problem in a separate section for orders from China. Identified the most marginal clothing categories. Created a convenient cost calculation with the ability to attach an example of any photo of clothes needed. Designed the section of our target audience so that clients immediately recognize their needs and leave a request. Added photos, videos, logos, reviews of dance teams that have already made orders. Translated the site into 2 languages.

Task

To create a corporate website in 3 main directions: concrete goods, steel building, rent of special equipment.
The site should be initially well optimized for SEO, be memorable, convenient and have high conversion rate.

Solution

Drew renders for each category of products, all products were uploaded to Google Drive with prices that can be easily changed in the admin panel, and wrote a script for animation. The main message is that we build reliably from concrete goods, we have a large selection of special equipment for rent and products from steel buildings to concrete products for all construction needs.

We wrote unique texts for SEO, made a selling structure of all pages, adaptive design for all devices, designed the corporate colors of the company, logo and described its mission.

To speed up the main issue of calculating the cost and the speed of preparing the calculation, in the forms we added field to choose a service before submit. Created a USP for corporate clients. Described all the advantages of the station and equipment.

Design and reconstruction of swimming pools, russian baths and fnninsh saunas

Task

Develop and implement a strategy to attract potential customers for the turnkey sale of swimming pools, russian baths and saunas in Kazakhstan and Central Asia. Create an understandable and emotional website for launching search, display and social advertising.

Solution

Decided to move away from the usual girls in swimsuits and created a design for the target audience, who bought the house and would like to spend time by the pool with the whole family. In addition, we were also interested in the B2B segment, SPA centers, water parks, massage parlors.
1. Set up conversion tracking: lead magnets, call tracking, clicks on emails and messangers.
2. Made a list of 600+ exact keywords and 500+ phrase keywords.
3. Launched banner ad campaign on people who visited competitors' sites, who were interested in pool construction, who view sites with information about pool construction and also set up banner remarketing campaigns.

Pack the car lineup into a one-page selling site. Stand out from the competition with design, marketing and USP. Describe all the advantages of a car dealership for neighboring regions.

Solution

Rendered the design in light and dark versions, conducted a vote among the target audience and decided that the dark version increases the engagement to each model when scrolling the site. hid all the information with full characteristics and prices in Google Docs, left only the main 5 parameters and photos of the car from different angles. We formed a seasonal campaign "with a trunk of gifts for the new year", offered a test drive on 2 tracks to choose from. Launched search & display ad campaigns.

Solution

Were looking for a long time) Sent the team for shooting with a quadcopter to the factory. Made videos from a fly-over of the factory from a height. The full video clip was uploaded to the YouTube channel. Rendered the products, made a gif animation so that the products could be seen from all sides. Packed all the names of products in categories, filled everything in Google sheets for ease of use and editing. Created an LP selling structure. Set up GTM and all goals on the site. Task

The client founded the first dance school in the 1992 year and now there are 3 schools in Odessa. It was necessary to create a new, bright and selling website for starting a new season and new groups. The aim is to find 300 potential clients within one month for more than 18 different dance styles. Make it possible to edit all blocks of the website in the admin panel. Create an animated LP to convey the atmosphere that everyone feels when they dance at the school.

Solution

Tested two variants of home screen video vs. picture. A photo session of all teachers was organized in the same style to use on website graphics. Added USP with the opportunity to enrol in an individual free lesson with the teacher, or choose a free class in one of 7 styles. Age for classes is from 3 to 75 years, we tried using content and design to convince that everyone will find a group in which he will enjoy not only dancing but also winning awards on International parquet. Created admin panel, integrated CRM for managing applications, placed call-back widget. Started advertising and prepared posts for promo in SMM.

Task

Explain to the potential client why you can't just buy vitamins at the pharmacy. Why they can't be digested and can even harm your health. Describe all the benefits & results without hard medical terms in clear language.

Solution

We created a 3D model of a vitamins jar, made a storyboard (72 frames) for animation. Created admin panel and blog for news posting. Divided 4 products for different purposes and genders. Added animations, as much as possible, nevertheless the website is flying fast on all devices. Added multilanguage support. The site serves as an information source for meetings, as well as an information portal for potential online clients.

Anti-theft equipment for retail

Task

Identify the theft problem in retail. Suggest a solution.

Solution

Packed all products in the main 6 groups, based on the search volume in Adwords. Defined niches, which are primarily interesting to work for the customer, not to torture potential customers with pricelists, barcodes and a long way choice. Moreover, we created a minimalistic calculator. Made the admin panel, because the availability of the goods varies, created all products cards. "Closed" the issue of company trust by indicating photos from the real partners of the company, who have already installed our anti-theft equipment. We developed a trading offer for the manager's departure all over Ukraine to calculate the equipment necessary for any outlet.

Make a redesign of the existing restaurant in Prague website. Make the selling structure and design in the style of the Czech pub, pizzeria. Add the possibility of online booking tables and halls for occasions.

Strategy

• We did a marketing research of competitors in Prague. Then recommended the client a design with wooden elements and decided to show that we have a family restaurant in the evening, and during the day there are business lunches.
• Taget audience: The Czechs, who work near the restaurant and ready to come to lunch and have a talk in a cozy atmosphere, and in the evening to sit and chat with family or celebrate an occasion.

• While communicating with the client, we decided that the corporate site should be as simple as possible, without over-loading elements and animations.
• After the market research, we found high competition in the dental services market, thus it was decided to create a separate page for each service with unique content for good SEO indexing and high rank for every search query in Google Adwords.

Solution

After analyzing the competitors, we wanted to convey emotions and a new format of entertainment as much as possible. Therefore, atmospheric photos were selected throughout the site from various categories of games. For the convenience of users, we have developed a booking system that allows you to see online how many vacant seats are available, what the price is and choose a convenient time to visit the club. The admin panel is developed on a slim framework.

Receive a minimum of 50 high-quality leads per month in Milwaukee +45 miles for a wood and glass restoration service. Create demand and explain the value of the service.

Strategy

• After the marketing research, it was decided to maximize the demand for the service, so that everyone would see the problem that everyone has from the 2nd screen (fogging, non-working mechanisms, mold, wet frame, etc.), which made it possible to convey the necessary information to the consumer by creating a LP.
• There is a competitive niche in this district. About 15-20 companies.
• Advertising campaigns were launched for different cities (almost 28 cities). Each city was indicated in the ads, which allowed increasing the CTR.
• We also launched GDN, where the cost of a click is 8-10 times cheaper than in the search, what allowed getting more calls.
• We used creative approach in the targeted advertising on FB with results before/after, which allowed the client to see the value of the service immediately.
• We created flyers with a detachable triangle for offline and sent promoters by districts.
