Since the client had Google / Yandex ad accounts we analyzed search queries for the entire period of their work. The list of keywords was divided into groups: pizza, sushi, sets, wok, general, competitors. Added negative keywords. Brand queries were divided into main and brand + categories in order to track which of the competitors is advertising on our main brand queries. The structure of the site was changed 5 times while wireframing. We analyzed the demand in Google and saw that there are very few brand queries, thus first of all we made a genric equipment content section with for which we can pick up spare parts. After that divided items by brands and spare parts.

We have created a USP with defect detection offer (manager goes to clients after request form submit, carries out maintenance and identifies a breakdown issue). Solution

Decided to move away from the usual girls in swimsuits and created a design for the target audience, who bought the house and would like to spend time by the pool with the whole family. In addition, we were also interested in the B2B segment, SPA centers, water parks, massage parlors.
